M. Guttman,

Michael Guttman is an IT industry executive with a impressive 30-year track record delivering innovative solutions
and professional services to Global 1000 clients.
He is also a well-known visionary in the areas of IT strategic planning and enterprise architecture,
and has been active in the development of a number of industry standards, including CORBA, UML, and MDA.
Mr. Guttman has also served as Director of the MDA FastStart program for the Object Management Group (OMG),
a 500+ member international software industry consortium.
Mr. Guttman is currently CTO of The Voyant Group, responsible for the company's technical vision and strategy,
including the development all professional services offerings. Previously,
Mr. Guttman was Director of Strategic Technology at IONA Technologies,
PLC and CTO and co-founder of Genesis Development, which was merged into IONA in June of 2000.
Mr. Guttman is the co-author of three other books,
"The Object Technology Revolution" (1996), and "Developing E-Business Systems and Architectures" (2000),
and “Real-Life MDA” (2007).

Oliver Sims,

He specializes in helping companies transition to service-oriented enterprise architectures
and application delivery. He is a leading thinker and widely-published practitioner
on component-based development, which play an important role in his current work.
Mr. Sims has more than thirty years' across-the-board experience in enterprise IT.
He has been an active OMG member since 1994, serving on the OMG Architecture Board
for several years, contributing to a number of Task Forces and to the development
of MDA and UML2.
With over thirty-five years' experience in most areas of IT, Oliver Sims has
earned international recognition in the Enterprise Architecture field, and
is a Fellow of the International Association of Software Architects (IASA).
Currently CTO of Agile Enterprise Ltd, over the past twelve years Oliver has
held leading positions in several startups and smaller companies, previously
having held a senior technical position in IBM. Oliver was a founder member
of the OMG Architecture Board, and has contributed to the development of MDA
and UML2. Author of several books (including co-authorship of the
influential "Business Component Factory") he has numerous articles to his
credit. |

Ernesto Damiani is a professor at the Dept. of Computer
Technology, University of Milan, Italy. As a researcher in computer science, he
is involved in several projects at different institutions; between recent research
topics , are: Knowledge-based Innovation for the Web Infrastructure and Methodologies
for Agile Software Processes. He hold visiting positions at several other places,

Allan Kennedy has been involved at the forefront of model based development
techniques for 25 years. While teaching at Imperial College London, he began
a consulting career that resulted in the creation of Kennedy Carter in 1988.
Kennedy Carter became the leading source of structured Yourdon-style methods
expertise in the UK until, in 1992, they adopted a more rigorous and precise
Object Oriented Analysis technique which, at the present time, forms the
conceptual heart of the emerging Executable UML standard at the OMG.
Kennedy Carter is known as the provider of the iUML executable UML modelling
and simulation tool and the iCCG configurable code generator which,
together, provide the most complete realisation of the MDA vision.

Maurizio Greco is the Chief Technology Officer of Finantix, a software product company
that provides financial solutions for tier-one banks across the world. He is responsible
for identifying technology trend's, and including that insight into the Finantix
business and marketing strategies. Backed with 12 years of experience designing,
implementing and deploying enterprise systems in the financial services industry,
Maurizio Greco also leads a key* *development unit within the Finantix R&D department
whose objective is to embrace strategic enterprise technologies. Being an early
adopter of the Model Driven Architecture (MDA), he introduced Object Management
Group's (OMG) concepts and standards into several organisations, specifically financial
institutions. |

in analysis, design and development of innovative distributed projects in the top
100 Italian companies in domains like banking, insurance, financing and real estate.
Along his carrier he as applied OOT, CBD and UML modelling.
Actually he is applying MDA in Soluta.net in challenging projects in the facility
